Quran

 15:22

وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَ فَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ لَهُ بِخَازِنِينَ ﴿٢٢﴾

22. And We send the winds, fertilizing, and We bring down water from the sky, and We give it to you to drink, and you are not the ones who store it.
