Quran

 2:15

اللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿١٥﴾

15. It is Allah who mocks them, and He leaves them bewildered in their transgression.
