Quran

 4:120

يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا ﴿١٢٠﴾

120. He promises them, and he raises their expectations, but Satan promises them nothing but delusions.
