Quran

 4:16

وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَآذُوهُمَا ۖ فَإِنْ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا ﴿١٦﴾

16. And if two men among you commit it, punish them both. But if they repent and reform, then leave them alone. Allah is Redeemer, Mercy-Giver.
