سورة الشورى

إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَظْلِمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَبْغُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿٤٢﴾

Surah ash-Shura

42. Blame is only on those who wrong people, and unjustifiably commit injustice on earth. These will have a painful punishment.
