Quran

 50:18

مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ ﴿١٨﴾

18. Not a word does he utter, without an observer beside him ready.
